Qualifying for a free pass

Two FREE passes are available per company* and are on a first-come-first-served basis.

Passes are provided at the discretion of Fastmarkets. We reserve the right to refuse passes where we decide the applicant does not fit the following description.

The following applies to ALL applicants.

Applicant criteria

– Applicant must be within the raw materials sourcing/procurement/purchasing department OR must be the individual primarily responsible for these functions.

– Applicant CANNOT also be responsible for the sale/trade of ferroalloys, this overrules the previous requirement.

Company criteria

The definition of ‘steel mill’ that is being applied is as follows:

– Producer of primarily steel or steel products.

– Does not produce or sell ferroalloys (in some cases where demand needs outweigh personal production this may be reviewed).

Additional paid passes

Additional discounted passes are available once the two free passes have been approved.

Discounted passes are ONLY available to applicants that fit the criteria above. The rate for further applicants is USD 450pp

In cases where a full paid registration is processed and a discounted pass was not applied for, delegates are not entitled to a refund.

*Passes per company

Free passes are limited to two per company.

We define one company as the group/holding company, regardless of individual independent legal entities.
