António Redondo has been the Chief Executive Officer of The Navigator Company since 2020 and has served as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee since April 2007. He began his career in 1987 at Soporcel, which later became part of the Portucel Soporcel Group, now known as The Navigator Company. Initially, he worked in the Technical and Production departments before moving on to lead the Marketing and Commercial departments. Prior to becoming CEO, he held the role of Chief Commercial Officer until 2019, overseeing Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Product Development. António holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Science and Technology College of Coimbra University (1987), has completed university studies in Business Management, and earned an MBA from Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 1998.

Fabio Almeida is Executive Vice President of Paper and Packaging at Suzano and CEO of Suzano Packaging US, a company that owns the assets of PineBluff, Waynesville and Cadron Creek Chip Mill. He has recently relocated to Arkansas to lead and implement Suzano’s strategic vision for expanding Paper and Packaging operations in America. With over 25 years of experience managing global business operations, Fabio joined Suzano in 2007 as Executive Manager of the Paper Business Unit while also serving as the Director responsible for the company’s distribution operations in Brazil and Argentina. In 2013, he assumed the role of Global Logistics Director, responsible for all inbound and outbound logistics for the firm. In 2017, Almeida migrated to Suzano’s pulp business, as the Director responsible for international pulp sales and operations across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Before Suzano, Almeida worked at ABB and Dupont with remit across Brazil and the US. Graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Itajubá, Almeida also has an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and has completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) from the MIT Sloan School.

She is Director Sustainability for Sappi Europe, where she leads a dedicated team and provides strategic direction to accelerate sustainability transformation and performance within the company. Sappi is a leading global provider of sustainable woodfibre products. Sarah serves as the Chair of CEPI’s Environment & Safety Committee, the Chair of 4Evergreen Alliance and is a Steering Committee member of The Forests Dialogue. Working in the forest sector for over 25 years, Sarah’s experience spans from operational forestry through to international forest policy and within research institutes, NGOs and private sector. Sarah possesses a Masters of Forest Science from Yale University and a Bachelors of Science in Natural Resource Conservation from the University of British Columbia.

Krzysztof Krajewski is the Chief Sustainability and Innovation Officer of the RDM (Reno de Medici) Group based in HQ-Milan. He is responsible for the ongoing development and deployment of the sustainability agenda. His main areas of focus are further advancing on the Group’s environmental, social and governance priorities, driving excellence in reporting and monitoring company performance. He is also concentrating on product development and innovation as part of wider technical services function which is a foundation for the sustainable business. Prior to joining RDM Group in 2023, Krzysztof previously spent 16 years as packaging development, innovation and sustainability leader in the CPG environment working for Reckitt. During this time Krzysztof was innovating company packaged products into sustainable alternatives answering to consumer trends around the globe. Krzysztof’s background is production systems organizations and process optimisation. 25 years ago in his early professional days he entered the consumer packaging industry within plastics processing, converting and recycling.

Natasha is a NL-based senior sector analyst working for the F&A Packaging and Logistics team at Rabobank (The Netherlands), RaboResearch Food & Agribusiness. Prior to joining Rabobank in 2016, Natasha worked as a Markets and Supply Chains researcher at Wageningen Economic Research, The Netherlands. In this position, she conducted research on a wide range of F&A sectors, such as poultry and dairy, as well as on a number of overarching food supply chain themes, like food waste and food safety. Natasha started her career in 1999 as Quality Assurance Manager at Nutricia baby food production plant (now part of Danone) in Moscow. From there, she moved to the Netherlands to work on her Ph.D. at Wageningen University, focusing on the economics of food safety and traceability in the Dutch dairy chain. During this period, she was also a visiting researcher in the US and Australia. In addition to her Ph.D., Natasha holds a MSc in Agricultural Economics from the Russian State Agricultural University (Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy).

Mike Turner is the Managing Director of the European Carton Makers Association (ECMA) who are the ‘voice’ of the European carton sector, representing 500+ companies with 80,000 staff, he is a member of the ‘Fibre Packaging Europe’ coalition and represents the Packaging Converters on the Steering Committee of fibre packaging’s ‘4evergreen Alliance’. Mr Turner joined ECMA in September 2019 from Graphic Packaging International, where he served as Managing Director of their EMEA Foodservice Packaging business. Prior to that, Mr Turner spent 14 years with International Paper, working in positions of increasing responsibility culminating in the position of Managing Director of their EMEA Foodservice Packaging Business and Senior Lead Team member of their Global Foodservice Packaging Business. Prior to that, Mr Turner spent 10 years with M-Real, a Scandinavian paper mill and merchant group. Mr Turner has also served 4 years as President and Chairman of the Brussels based ‘Pack2Go’ representing manufacturers of packaging for food & beverages ‘to go’. Mr Turner serves on the Board of ‘First Steps’ which is a UK based family & child support Charity
