Fastmarkets’ weekly price assessments for Polish long steel were published on Thursday October 31, one day ahead of schedule due to a public holiday in Poland on November 1.

Fastmarkets is launching a green long steel differential to its weekly price assessment for steel reinforcing bar (rebar) import, cfr Singapore, as well as a weekly inferred green steel base price for rebar cfr Singapore.

Fastmarkets is inviting feedback from the industry on the pricing methodology for its steel billet import, cfr Manila, $/tonne, assessment, as part of its announced annual methodology review process.
